People who contact Stayedformed Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Stayedformed Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

We usually confirm by email that your complaint arrived within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
